URL White List
The URL white list identifies web pages that have been determined to contain only child safe content
The URL White List includes the following options:
Deny access to all other domains
If this option is turned on only web sites that pass the URL White List tests will be permitted. This includes the PC Chaperone white list, if it is included, and any custom white list entries
Include the PC Chaperone white list
The PC Chaperone white list includes tens of thousands of sites that have been determined to be child safe as well as dynamic checks that will categorize hundreds of thousands of additional web sites

The PC Chaperone white list is quite comprehensive, but it does not cover all child safe sites available on the Internet. We make all efforts to ensure that the domains on our white list are indeed child safe, but we cannot guarantee that domains on this list will not be purchased by undesirable content providers in the interim between our confirmation checks

For example, if the string "childsafe" is entered as a white list entry then any page that has the text "childsafe" in either the address or the page title will be considered a match
4. Filter rule precedence
The customizable URL white list takes precedence over all other filters. Therefore, if a web page is being blocked by one of the built-in filters, such as the Adult Content Filters, adding the web page to the URL white list will override the filter and permit the site
